Out
of Hours Divert:
Have your memorable number
forwarding to a different number out of hours, than it does
during the working day. You can choose up to two extra
forwarding numbers (in addition to the primary forwarding
number) to use during specified time slots out of hours.

Second
Choice Divert:
If your primary number is not
answered or is engaged, you can have your memorable number
forwarded to a second or third choice number, so that your
customer can always get through to you.

|
Fax
to Email:
Magrathea can provide you with a
Fax to Email service to use with your memorable number.
Alternatively you can have the next number along allocated to
you, or a different number altogether to your memorable
telephone number and use it for Fax to Email.

|
Faxes
will be emailed to your nominated email address as a .tif file,
which is supported by nearly all PC’s. The email can be
forwarded on with no loss of quality to the fax file.
|
|
If you
chose an 0845 or 0870 memorable number for your Fax to Email
service, you will not have to pay any call charges. Call charges
only apply to geographic and 0800 numbers.

Voice
to Email:
Magrathea can provide you with a Voice to Email service to
use with your memorable number. Voicemails will be sent to your
nominated email address as a .wav file, which is supported by
nearly all PC’s.

|
Premium
Rate.
Magrathea can, subject to you
gaining the necessary approval from ICSTIS, supply you with
Premium Rate memorable numbers to use. Full information on the

There is a £100.00 set up charge for this service.

Interactive
Voice Response:
Magrathea can set up a personalised IVR system for your
memorable number. This is subject to a set up charge, please
contact us with an outline of the service you are looking for
and we will send you a quote.
